Bulk Notary
Packages for Teams

Does your organization need several employees commissioned or renewed as Texas notaries?
Clinics, law offices, title companies, banks, schools, nonprofits, and government offices can order notary packages for their whole team at once.

One manager places a single order and pays once. You send us each employee's name and email, and we take it from there. Each person can get a different package, and we will contact you with an offer made for your team.

Why order in bulk?

Buying packages one at a time means separate checkouts, separate receipts, and chasing employees to pay and fill out forms. A bulk order keeps the payment with the organization and the paperwork with us.

Payment Process

The administrator, manager, or director is responsible for coordinating the payment for the entire team. All supplies will be purchased in a single transaction, resulting in one consolidated invoice for accounting. Fees for required education must be paid directly to the Secretary of State.

Just names and emails

We only require each employee's full name and email address. Each employee will receive a personal and secure link to enter their required information directly. This means you won’t need to collect or manage sensitive details such as home addresses, dates of birth, or identification numbers.

Mix and match

Not everyone has the same requirements. Choose the package that best suits each employee's role and responsibilities. Select the package that fits each employee's role: the Traditional package for in-person notarizations, the Traditional + Online package for remote notarizations, or the Premium package for added E&O coverage. You can also create a Custom package to meet specific needs.

Status for the whole team

You will have a dedicated point of contact at TXNotaryForm.com throughout the entire process. We will keep you updated every step of the way, from bond issuance and application filing to commission approval and supply shipment. You will always know the current status of each employee involved.

Choose packages per employee

The same packages we sell to individual notaries are available in bulk. Tell us roughly how many of each you need, or tell us about your team and we will recommend a mix.

How it works?

From your first message to stamps on your employees' desks, here is what to expect.

1. Tell us about your team

Fill out the short form below with your organization, contact details, how many employees, and which packages you are thinking about. If you are not sure which package fits, just describe what your staff will be notarizing.

2. Receive your offer

We get in touch with a written offer for your team: the packages, quantities, optional services, and the total. We can adjust it until it matches what you need and what your budget allows.

3. Pay once, send the list

You pay one invoice for the whole order and send us each employee's name and email, with the package for each person. You can add more employees later under the same terms.

4. We work with each employee

Each employee gets an email with a personal link to complete their information. We issue their bond, guide or file their application, and produce and ship supplies after the Secretary of State approves the commission.

Request a bulk offer

No payment is taken here. Send us the basics, and we will reply with an offer, usually within one business day. You do not need the employee list yet.

If your organization is tax exempt, we will ask for your exemption certificate when we send the offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

The commission, bond, and stamp are always issued to the individual notary, not to the employer. Your organization pays for them, but the Texas Secretary of State commissions each person by name. If an employee leaves, the commission stays with them.

Yes. Each individual team member must independently meet the three Texas eligibility requirements: be at least 18 years old, live or work in Texas, and have no criminal record. The organization pays and coordinates, but the commission is issued to and held by each individual. TXNotaryForm.com cannot commission someone who does not meet these requirements.

Yes. Every applicant for a new or renewed Texas notary commission must personally complete the notary education course offered by the Texas Secretary of State and receive confirmation before the application can be submitted. The course fee is paid directly to the State, so it is not included in our packages or in your offer. Each employee enrolls and pays on the Secretary of State website, or your organization can cover or reimburse that cost. We send every employee instructions on how to complete the course, and we let you know who has not finished it yet.

The notary application requires personal information that should come directly from the applicant. After your payment, each employee receives a personal link to our secure form and enters their own details. This keeps their private information out of your inbox and keeps the application accurate.

Yes. You can choose a different package for each person, for example Traditional for front-desk staff and Traditional+Online for staff who will notarize remotely. New commissions and renewals can be in the same order.

Yes. Send us the new names and emails, and we will add them under the same terms as your original offer.

Only state employees who notarize solely as part of their official duties, and not for the public, are exempt from the $10,000 bond. If that applies to your team, mention it in your request and we will prepare a Custom offer without the bond.

Bulk pricing applies to orders of 5(five) or more notary packages placed at the same time under a single organization. There is no maximum — we have processed orders for teams of 50 or more. Contact us at info@txnotaryform.com with your team size and we will provide a custom quote.

TXNotaryForm.com is a bond agency licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and an eNotary vendor authorized by the Texas Secretary of State.
